Terra plants serve agricultural and industrial markets Terra's nitrogen manufacturing facilities produce ammonia,
urea ammonium nitrate solutions, urea and ammonium nitrate. We also produce methanol at two plants for sale to
industrial customers as the feedstock for other chemical products. Safety and environmental stewardship are high
priorities at Terra's plants. Regular audits at our manufacturing facilities protect our employees and the communities
surrounding our facilities. Terra personnel serve these communities by providing training and equipment to local
emergency responders. Terra also provides assistance in cleaning up spills or handling other emergencies not related
